The optimization replaces a manual if check inside a range loop with Hugo's built-in where filter in layouts/authors/terms.html. This is a performance improvement because it reduces the number of iterations and ensures that the sort function only processes the required elements. It also follows Hugo's best practices for template efficiency.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 13332622588532950000 started by @k4rtik

Replace suboptimal filtering inside the loop with Hugo's 'where' function.
This allows filtering out the author 'Kartik' before sorting and iterating,
which is more efficient as the sorting algorithm operates on a smaller
subset of data and the template engine avoids unnecessary iterations
and conditional logic.

- Use 'where' to filter .Data.Pages by Title
- Sort the already filtered collection
- Simplify the loop by using the dot context (.) directly
